Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Racera, operated by SUG Labs (“Racera”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Racera.

Racera is an information and reminder service. It centralises the legitimate ways into hard-to-enter races (ballots, qualifiers, charity places, official tour-operator packages, official resale), tracks the relevant dates, and suggests alternative races.

Racera does not secure, grab, or guarantee entry into any race, does not process applications or payments for entries, and does not sell or transfer bibs. Entry is always handled by the official organiser, charity, registration platform, or tour operator we link you to.

We work hard to keep route information and dates accurate and mark our confidence honestly, but dates change, sources can be wrong, and some dates are estimated. Racera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always confirm details on the official organiser or provider page before acting. You are responsible for meeting any deadline.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Use Racera lawfully; do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to infringe others’ rights.

Premium is an optional paid plan billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Premium planning features organise published route facts into private campaigns, next actions, timing warnings, backup boards, and briefs; they do not apply for entry or secure a place. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your core reminders and route guides remain free.

Where you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Because Premium is a digital service supplied immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that starting it now can end that withdrawal right. Statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Some outbound links to providers may be referral links that earn Racera a commission if you sign up or book. This never changes which routes we show you or how we rank them — we surface the legitimate routes we know about impartially.

Racera links to organiser, charity, registration, and tour-operator websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any missed entry, sold-out race, or reliance on a date or route that turned out to be inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where SUG Labs is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
